the spa tub was amazing.

pool and spa were clean staff was friendly and was a easy check in

need to place towels by the spa tub. for having a spa tub and shower, we only had 2 towels.

very friendly staff.. relaxing quiet. spa room was flooded

i also was upset because our main reason for picking that room was because of the spa tub but our spa tub jets

is always very friendly and helpful, enjoy the spa tub rooms

unfortunately the pool/spa are closes early (10:00pm)

i reserve a deluxe king room with a jacuzzi spa tub

was quiet, a/c worked well, wifi was ok

pool area and exercise room was very nice

the parking is terrible

it had a nice bar and food.

was absolutely filthy, they had a wedding party and kids were running and screaming on all floors, no control

to bar louie , enjoy the restaurant in hotel for breakfast server was awsone

no hot breakfast but still have coffee and muffins.

parking lot lighting isnt that great either

ice machine breakfast was poor minimal breakfast bars and oatmeal pks and coffee

my son and i slept in our car in a parking lot because no hotels had rooms

i have kids so we all know they touch everything so i needed a safe n clean place for my kids to enjoy

pubic hair all over in shower, hole in bathroom door kitchen staff was on other side of wall very noisy at 4am

the room and the breakfast were awesome

issue we had was the 6th floor is not a pet friendly floor (first floor is the only floor); however, a guest

the layout of the room, pet friendly.

parking was easy

breakfast was tasty and well presented

allowed an early check in for me and were super friendly

also, because of covid restrictions, i don't think i could've used the exercise room or the pool room either
