spa and jacuzzi not working but listed on web site

and the lobby spa water was

noise of all the kids on-site for basketball tournament

that said, i recommend this hotel (though it could use a better equipped gym)

the pool was under construction, but that's okay!

the spa was either dirty or the cement needs to be updated

indoor pool was cold, the spa was still out of order 6 months later from our first stay in june

everything else. the spa tub was amazing

the spa bath was clean and room very spacious

spa (hot tub) was closed the whole time but the pool was open

and spa closes early and buffet was close and left really dissatisfied i was really looking forward to

the pool wasn't done

the putting golf balls into the water was a fun attraction and we met nice

far walk from parking lot to hotel but probably can't be avoided because it's a resort casino

bar restaurant service disorganized, all food brought at once, lamb kabob cold, confusion on

friendly and helpful staff ------- great room with super spa tub

a king luxury however at checkin they gave us a free upgrade and our new room had a fabulous spa

food at the spa was good but there was no waiter

the spa was out of this world every one of your staff truly cares very personable

the spa was first class

did not come until asked at 4pm restaurant closed for event - not told no pool/spa no valet between 12midnight

the spa on friday was open only until 9:30 and saturday until 8:30

sauna and spa area was an after thought and not the focus of the hotel

wifi was easier to connect to than previous

epg / sat thing, many channels scrambled or with weak signal lack of washing powered in guest laundry vending

self check in and option for spa suite, and other options.

we only stayed 1 night so didn t have time to check out the spa or pool

newly remodel rooms were amazing. spa suite was huge and beautiful.

room was beautiful, clean, huge spa tub not far from the bed, very comfy king bed

the unresponsive staff for the lack of pool towels.

it was very clean, and had non smoking casino area.

gym had all the equipment you could need, always clean, neat and fully operational

we also tried to order room service and we couldn't get a hold of anybody so we got doordash instead

liked the indoor pool n spa with a nice fireplace n bbq grill outside plus breakfast us great from 6 to 10 am

clean quite comfortable. decent pool and gym space. breakfast was good.
