ahead and thought the pool was open and warm, but only the spa was hot
our room was clean and the spa tub was amazing

spa tub didn't work, shower head in regular tub sprayed anywhere but down
spa in king room , unfortunately charged for it booking gave no refund a glitch in system
i loved being able to have a spa bath with my husband without costing us an arm and a leg, plus amazing breakfast
spa was good, breakfast very good
we requested the room with a spa tub, and both times the tub was out of service

the pool and spa were disgusting. very dirty
staff were great! breakfast was good...pool and spa open... shuttle ride was good

a ice machine more closer to the rooms , outside need more lighting to dark in the parking lot
they have free & fast wifi too

the spa / pool hours were open early and closed late, (6-11) and had an indoor and outdoor pool
location next to ft bliss, pool and bar with food available.
the lobby was very nice and an easy check in. the parking lot was close and easy to utilize.
the indoor pool qnd the room was so beautiful and clean
no coffee or breakfast is included. would be nice to have bottle of water in the room, too.

it was during the covid pandemic so the pool, spa and gym were closed
the indoor spa and pool was what we were looking forward to
indoor pool and spa was a plus

our elderly dog they upgraded us to a ground floor room with an exit to the interior courtyard pet corner
we did not have room service daily - which is totally ok for our long stay
door by the parking lot facing mcdonald's, has a broken card reader so i had to walk around to the front, no
