place close to lake winnipesaukee and a golf club

the wifi kept going out.

the yacht club apartments were right by the lake, with beautiful views, convenient parking, and easy access to

visiting my kids and grandkids so the location was great

next to the fireplace was a mess of more 'stuff'

the gym in the basement was first rate

so close to gunstock. huge gym.

the wifi wasn't great

said wifi was available but we couldn't access it, didn't end up being a big deal

everything was closed check in at 4pm and check out 11 am next day ni pool no spa ni sauna no any attraction

if restaurants stayed open later during the week and the wifi was terrible

beach and the restaurant / bar on the dock made everything that much more convenient

no need to have to pack them up and drive somewhere and have to look for and/or pay for parking

the other amenities were nice too, even though we didn't use them (sauna, hot tub, spa and exercise equipment

the breakfast was good

can even take your breakfast to go and eat at the beach or fire pit

no staff on duty at night. no pool.
