the spa was lovely , beds extremely comfortable lots of choice for breakfast

room because of covid-19, they can not put coffee or tea make in the room, you can not use sauna /spa but what

swimming pool did't work for all our holiday(a week) even information on reception was

everything...staff was very friendly and the pool was nice.

the spa area was disappointing it felt a bit dirty and not relaxing at all

we reserved deluxe room with spa access- but spa was closed on that day , and breakfast - 16 per person and

spa very small , photo show different, food every day the same ,

we loved the sauna and pool and the staff were exceptional

only thing i d say is that you had to pay extra for spa (indoor pool) and we didn t know that

good facilities, especially the spa on the 3rd floor

don't have ironing in the room nor in the room service, the only way is to use the laundry service (no available

localisation (5 min from the subway, near the universities), good wifi, huge room, comfortable bed, pillows

comfy bed, modern room and good value bar downstairs. also the staff was very nice.

the first impression was very good, the hotel is quite modern, and also the wifi was very good

the spa bath and its fittings were very old and discoloured making it look less clean than it probably

spa bath, the location, the staff, the breakfast, the near by site seeing, the warmth, the fridge
