the bar was awesome and the spa was amazing

it was clean had a spa fitness center

and my 28 year old daughter and i loved being able to have a spa day at the ritz-carlton without having to go

in the hall (3am and again at 4am), but it s nola - folks party at every hotel; i d skip the room service

there was no complimentary laundry products

upgrade and early check in. wonderful. the staff was very friendly and pleasant

beautiful morning sunshine, good wifi and cable tv, towels fresh, bed and bedding super comfortable

no bathtub room was warm - hard to cool room service eggs were cold

good location. great gym and pool
