we also booked the spa for the wood spa couples package

we ordered room service and the food was not available that we wanted in the menu

very poor wifi reception.

as a dog friendly hotel please provide a solution so having breakfast with your pet is possible.

wouldn't say we didn't like it as there was so much on the door step anyway, but restaurant and bar were closed

room service is poor - tried to call them and until the 3 times picking up just at 21:00
