my husband used the spa locker room, but felt staff wasn't welcoming

robes were provided to use the spa, we went to the sauna and steam room, the spa facilities felt very luxurious

the spa therapists were so nice and did an amazing job

is what you d want for a lodge, big burning fireplace (outside), large lounge, access to spa amenities, use

lodge type hotel, very elegant interiors, great spa and pools, hot tubs

wifi never really worked

the mandatory valet parking service usd30 plus tip/day had been introduced since our last stay and it would be

to some maintenance could only use valet parking at the hotel - that was an unexpected cost

hotel was dark with no heating , shops shut, no food, no pool, cold dark bedroom , no internet/ wifi , tv

did not like forced valet parking

hot water was barely hot for the spa tub

was a wedding going on one night and then a weekly bus tour group which took over the entire spa with 16 to 20

for a spa suite but the spa did not work, the tub did fill but no jets

clean room, spa tub and bathroom

pet fee is too much. split level of bedroom and sitting room and kitchen.

we loved the christmas decorations, music and activities and loved having a spa outdoors at night

has a lovely spa and 24 hours heated pool/hot tubs

spa was pricey and there wasn't much availability - would have loved to get a massage.

the warm pool, the fun zip lines and slide, s mores every night by the fire pit and morning spa experiences

the spa is incredible as well
