we never got room service and i had to clean our own room
i liked the pool area

it would be that our room was near the parking lot
plenty of easy parking
parking was a little cumbersome
kept having problems with room service
pool is great for kids and adults

pool was close along with the spa and exercise room
liked that the pool and spa were open
i appreciated their pool and spa being open but i won t stay here again
wonderful experience, great food and room service beautiful pool and bar!

spa was great and the staff very friendly
the only negative comment is the spa area could be nicer and the spa area was cold
would have loved to have been able to enjoy the spa on our stay but at no fault of the resort or staff
soaking tub in the room was great, adults only pool by the spa was nice and quiet, brunch buffet poolside on
location was very nice. pool was nice. grill buffet was excellent. like the cinnamon rolls:)

older gentleman on the golf cart that transported us to and from the spa today was awesome
wish the spa had a couple of indoor hot tubs and a lounging area where you can relax and read a book
sent my wife to outstanding spa while i was in meetings all day
pools were beautiful and the spa wonderful

we plan on coming again and using the spa which i understand is excellent
i have always liked the westward look resort, look out bar and grill, pool and spa was nice.
the room was great! we had a spa tub in our own little courtyard, which was very nice.
the pool and gym facilities were great
the rough area the pet friendly rooms are located in, made it difficult to walk the dogs
