pool wasn't clean

breakfast was great and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient

i did not take breakfast because i was up early and checked out but i could tell it would be great

will definitely be coming back their breakfast superb

the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious

only thing missing is a swimming pool, just an added bonus to an already amazing place

the window sills in the bathrooms were not cleaned the second kitchen with the gas cooker and balcony was not

of the pool are not matching the reality, which was a big disappointment when we arrived

in the rooms especialy renew the furniture and especially the cleanliness of the swimming pool, need more

the laundry guy damaged my t shirt and didn't tell me, found out when i was gone

great gym, breakfast, spa etc unfortunately the laundry company inaccurately laundered my suit causing it

the spa being 'under refurbishment' is not mentioned anywhere

i loved the spa and had a fantastic massage

the friendly staff like mary, the lovely receptionist who assisted me with travel arrangments and spa treatments

very clean with great facilities - gym, spa and outdoor pool

the gym is also used as a conference hall, hence i did not use the gym for 3 days out of the 5 i was

we loved the breakfast, the politeness and friendliness of the staff. we loved our hotel room.

breakfast options were limited and gym equipment surprisingly below par for a 4 star facility but otherwise

one occasion the room service took long to be delivered and food wasn't warm

unfortunately the spa facilities were unavailable during our stay

and accommodating (drinks delivered to pool, willingness to help us coordinate alternative spa services, helping

space,staff was excellent location great breakfast good & facilities gym,spa & swimming pool on

spa was under renovation which was disappointing as it was top of the list of things i wanted to do

the kitchen is quite practical and nice to have a refrigerator
