i had been at their spa in 1995 and had always wanted to return and stay there

there is also a free shuttle down to the beach club where there's gorgeous ocean views to a beautiful beach,

are the main factor influencing our stay - the pool is perfect for kids and adults and is opened until late in

the hotel runs a shuttle from the hotel to the beach hotel, but it s also very close by walking

the wifi connection isn't really stable and we had to ask to refill our water jug every day

even though pools are open till 10:30, you can only get pool towels until 6pm, and you can only return them by

bar service ends at 10:30, which is not ideal for an all-inclusive

coco bar is nice , i thing will be much better if they operate this restaurant bar 7 am till 11 pm at

the beach club was great and the pool at the resort was great

there was no wifi in rooms only in lobby, this a major inconvenience and when booking this location it is

also the wifi was horrible

i had some work i had to do on my vacation and i was able to get wifi in the garden, so i could pick up a coffee

the bar by the pool is expensive!

the atmosphere in the garden is relaxing and the drinks at the bar are great

during day a lot of people work so you get a great vibe with wifi and don't feel like you're missing out because

my immediate family of 7, 2 adults and 5 kids stayed in the ninos suite which was a perfect fit for us

it was a delightful spot with beautiful gardens and a very nice pool

also i would have happily paid the same amount for the same room without a kitchen

wifi worked fairly well considering that we are in puerto escondido (not known for the best signal)

handy to have a little kitchen to prepare our own breakfasts

i also booked a massage at the ceiba spa and erica was amazing

construction noises could be heard on occasion but not too early or late we booked the private pool room which

use some pool tlc and some furniture on the outdoor balconies
