spa and massage terrible

great breakfast that will set you up for the day great spa for the extra touch of luxury

complimentary water and coffee in the room, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was spa like

in our one night stay - the only disappointment was that we overslept and so missed our booked in spa appointment

spa facilities and services could be better

service we have encountered in a hotel, large and clean rooms and an excellent breakfast and room

the bed was amazing and the wifi was strong.

there is a small bar area adjoining the lobby with seating

were wonderful, great gym, good breakfast

advertised association with a spa but the receptionist just tossed us the name of a spa and would not speak to

use of the spa nearby, the advert led me to believe i would be able to use it during my stay but the staff

the spa is offsite

room was really hot and beds were uncomfortable. you can only put 2 devices on wifi at a time.

free wifi was not very good: slow and choppy

the hotel is excellent. the spa is really nice, and it has several indoor and outdoor pools.

the spa should allow for longer time.

spa was excellent

spa closed at 7:30pm and didn't open until 11am which meant we missed out

spa is really good with a lot of options and big pools indoor and outdoor

with a lot of luggage , it was a difficult to get that to our room because of distance from parking to guest

i know it's a castle, and walls are thick, but wifi connectivity was impossible.

we didn't use the pool due to our travelling times

we ordered room service for a quiet evening and all the food was excellent

our special gratitude for preparing wonderful breakfast in the bar specially for us and two hours early normal
