the spa and workout facilities are excellent

amazing spa services!

was too bright in our room, we couldn t turn the outside light off (our room was by the pool), and parking

i obviously had to take my kids out of the water

loved everything, the water activities, the fire pit with s'mores, the spa and pool

wish the upper pool was warmer and the upper pool and spa was 21 and older all afternoon

weren t able to use the pool/spa which we were bummed about

over all experience was very relaxing, spa feel but also fun with all the activities on the water and beautiful

the spa close by was a plus since we'd been on a ten day bus tour prior to our staying at the resort

pool and spa were warm enough to enjoy even though it was raining

it was november, so that's definitely a factor: quiet, pool area not crowded, staff friendly.

if the room is near the pond, 5:30am this obnoxious bird chirps for about 30mins so if you have kids beware,

kids loved the swimming pool.

the resort fee didn't include spa admission.

at the pool bar and grill was a little bit of a let down but everything else about the resort makes up for it

was not clean, breakfast wasn't that good (food was cold), they have signs that say they have a spa and they

the legoland shuttle drivers were so helpful and nice and the private entrance was nice and quick to get in

had to chase for room service, but they sorted it promptly

com -- we were traveling as a group of 5 moms & 5 small kids, and requested 3 adjacent rooms when booking

it was old and dated. the spa needs an update and so do the rooms!
