complaint is you would think for the price of a suite / night, that that cost would include a spa package

the tilework in the bathroom and elsewhere are absolutely gorgeous, as is the spa and gym areas, the pool, and

would like to say that our stay at inn & spa loretto was just amazing

is probably the tenth time i stay at the inn and spa at loretto, it is my favorite hotel in santa fe

i am sure they would serve room service for a price but we did not look into that

after a very disappointing night at inn and spa at lorretta, this was an amazing experience.

having a lovely pool and spa nestled into this historic structure is also especially welcomed

for the price of this hotel there should be more amenities/offerings like free breakfast, room service, coffee

small and i thought the resort charge of $20/night was a bit over the top (paying for parking, wifi and water

no room service/ on site restaurant open for breakfast or lunch, especially on a bad weather day or

carpet in hallways and rooms looks old and worn. no coffee maker in the room.

i liked the location to the plaza and the on-site bar and restaurant

service exceeded expectations, spa was fantastic, friendly shuttle service and readily available to my needs

the spa was amazing loved the staff dianne was very sweet and very helpful

our attempts to book a massage were unsuccessful. tardy or no responses from spa area.

hacienda is the nicest hotel with spa we have stayed at in santa fe especially for the $--- night vipprice

nothing. everything was wonderful. the only thing is the spa had to be closed for the covid

of covid situation, pool and spa were closed, everything ese was perfect, professional, staff was the best

that the spa is now appointment only
