spa change room was way too small and not well attended to

loved the club access breakfast the pool area and spa . room was lovely

location, friendly staff, beautiful room with super comfortable bed, very nice spa and pool/hot tub

we didn't get to try the spa as we only had one night

pool is beautiful, a little on the cool side but in a spa setting with the soothing music, it was very relaxing

the rooms were impeccably clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed each space felt like a personal sanctuary

nothing perhaps, except the price of spa services.

the hotel features an excellent pool spa area complete with with steam room and the regency club is well

loved the convenience of the location staff was great and you must check out still water spa

friendly staff; very clean; spacious; breakfast is average; close to university of calgary; didn't use it but

nice design inside there is some nice amenities like a bar, pool, billiards table, fitness room, spa and laundry

m not a fan of the new room service menu or the to-go boxes that the food is delivered in now with plastic

which was really upsetting as the pool is quite small already without having to be cautious of kids doing swimming

staff we met were professional and welcoming, from reception to breakfast service

i liked that we got moved to the atrium. the hotel was very accomodating for late check out.

were very spacious, the beds were super comfy (myself , husband and kids all had a great nights sleep) we loved

was able to use the spa for services ,very good and the hairdresser adrienne was superb
