room service messed up our order

pet friendly! the bed was very comfortable!

guy driving casino shuttle is very pleasant and gets you to your destination quickly

great hotel. excellent pool/spa area. close to major malls and shops

cleanliness, the pool is nice, food is delicious, the service is friendly and nice

the pool and waterslide are fabulous for kids and we spent hours there

room it wasn t very deluxe in that it was rundown and just another cheapo hotel room with a spa tub

friendly staff; very clean; spacious; breakfast is average; close to university of calgary; didn't use it but

gym and pool facilities look fabulous so i would like to be able to use them once covid

loved the club access breakfast the pool area and spa . room was lovely

pool is beautiful, a little on the cool side but in a spa setting with the soothing music, it was very relaxing

the rooms were impeccably clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed each space felt like a personal sanctuary

room service and wanted to put it onto my bill but the hotel computer system was down and room

quiet environment with a very good restaurant and pool, sauna, hot tub, kids slide and gym

breakfast buffet. looked good, but it was not. neither tasty or hot.
