wifi was spotty in our room and the concierge wasn t very interested in the problem

staff at breakfast bar gave my kids hot coco and even made sure the temp was safe for them

breakfast buffet was excellent

the room service were a little slow at times and some of the face towels had stains

i had to use my extra money that i saved for my kids to spend at the convention on items in the coffee shop

the spa was closed

no free breakfast and spa services is close

i saved all year for this trip with my kids and with a single swip and mistake on marriotts end, they put a

free wifi wasn't great and i think you should have good free wifi in a hotel of this nature especially

very professional staff very helpful bartender very clean overall kids had fun
