pool and the spa was not open that something they should have told you before you book it just was not a 4 star

the room was comfortable and we enjoyed the pool, spa and sauna

longer because i would have loved to check out the restaurant on the 25th floor and booked a spa service

the pool is small but, we were fine with that

loved the basement spa and hot tub area

i didn't get a chance to enjoy the spa service but i will next time

really, stunning, well curated common spaces; huge, luxurious rooms; attentive, polite, and knowledgeable staff

the spa staff were excellent in everything

i didn t get a chance to use the spa or other services offered, but i will make sure to do so the next time

their was no laundry bag, and amenities were minimal

room service food was not good for my steak, i ordered the temperature

was huge and clean and staff up front, at the door, in the bar and in the restaurants were amazing
