rented the spa bath room and we were notified upon arrival but the spa jets were no longer working

breakfast was amazing each morning and learned a lot of history from our southern sippin and

the breakfast was very nice and the location was perfect for walking to the square

there is nothing to not like about the twelve oaks bed and breakfast

breakfast was lovely
