also, it s important to book spa appointments as soon as possible because they book up quickly

spa facilities are exceptional

property and spa were like something out of a dream

it was walking distance to grive park inn for the spa & restaurants

there s a number to call incase you need anything, would ve been nice to have the main room fireplace running

parking was tight but accommodating

parking was a little tight, but room for cars

rosemary is also a trained chef) easy parking

parking wasn't optimal - walking through landscaping to get to and from the car - but wasn't bad

wifi was slow and it was hard to stream videos from the internet.

wifi was very patchy

i got locked out of the laundry room and they immediately let me in

breakfast, microwave and fridge in room, free shuttle to downtown

parking off site, but that is to be expected when you are right downtown.

i've never been so exhausted on a trip intended to relax from work and kids

bathroom light bar is pretty but does not provide adequate lighting

from the kitchen to the bathroom, every corner reflected care and attention

is a great little hotel with full service rooms that include washer and dryer and full kitchen

onsite skin spa was exceptional amenity as well

was great it was very comfortable and i mostly enjoyed the spa tub with my television very relaxing

the spa treatment was superb

the spa was also a great experience

the rooms were huge and clean, the spa bath was perfect, staff was friendly and the breakfast at hemingway

food at roof top bar and the exchange restaurant was fabulous

even nicer was the fact that when one person in our party who does not drink alcohol went to the bar to purchase

we really enjoyed the game room and bar in the basement as well

only thing, but i do understand about, i wish they had gluten/dairy free combo for the breakfast basket, they

the rooftop bar was open but understand due to the hurricane a few areas of the hotel were temporarily closed

also had a small gym

fireplace and bathtub where a fantastic and the location of the hotel was perfect

staff was very helpful in the pool is amazing

spacious rooms, good price, convenient location, pet friendly accommodation

wifi was pretty crappy on the sunday we were there, but perked up again for the monday - not sure

this is an upscale 4star hotel right in biltmore village that had restaurant, bar, spa in the main building

hotel as a whole was well maintained and designed. restaurant and spa on site.

the spa was amazing!

the hotel also has a great grill located within and a spa that we went to

at check in, i asked the attendant if they could help us confirm our spa appt for the next morning
