droppings (of course smell also) on green spaces both near (even at) pool and restaurant, its a shame because

with limited breakfast (which was not good); military airport next to it with training helicopters and airplanes

staff is always very nice. parking was available. the hotel is improving its restaurant service

we were very pleased... wifi was the only thing that could be improve.

and very unreliable wifi, breakfast is bland and repetitive, restaurant menu is quite limited and

the spa and thermal pools were excellent. the breakfast was also good.

fantastic hot springs incredible gardens beautiful spa is good with professional massage that i gave a generous

of bath robes and towels although this was a thermal spa hotel

staff like john freddy, santiago the waiter and the spa staff were very good and nice

spa in beautiful surroundings. spacious room, very good breakfast.

spa didn't fulfill our expectations, my boyfriend had a massage but it was quite poor

too small, services were closed; spa & sauna, it was quite disappointing

it has a great spa on top op the hotel with sauna, jacuzzi and steam room, and a nice view

hot tub and spa area on the roof

lovely spa at the rooftop and helpful staf that speak enough english to communicate with you

spa. the spa room is on the roof. the sun was in my eye while i was getting a $30.00 massage.

the room was amazing, it was a king size bed with a massive bathroom and a complete kitchen and living space
