getting room service to answer was a pain
and competent staff and delicious breakfast
service was awful, they will forget items from from your room service all the time
hotel looks old and abandoned, the pool was dirty and the floor of it was broken and sandy

couldn't book more than one spa treatment for the same time
the pool is a good size, nice temperature and has a shallow section great for young children; our 1
pool requires some maintenance and the beds could be more comfortable
activities that you can partake in and when not doing an activity you can relax by the wonderful pool
property was lovely. we enjoyed the pool.
