tons of cars parked in spa area parked overnight and moved out by morning

super comfortable bed with great linens. spa services were 40% off during our stay.

very clean and the included breakfast was delicious

we loved our victorian room with a fireplace, it was beautiful

hotel bar closed at 9pm which was very disappointing for a 5 star hotel

they ran a courtesy car into town to save the problems of parking

the open kitchen beside the bar is one of the hotel s pleasures

the spa tub was difficult to get in and out of

really nice hotel, clean, relaxing spa and swimming pool and well located.

we enjoyed the spa and they were great with my 7 year old daughter who enjoyed a mani/pedi while i had a massage

the spa staff and services were lovely and my daughter and i were treated like royalty

not the spa like atmosphere as in the description

where others charge (sometimes without asking) for slightly early check in or leaving a car behind for a final

cost for our pet was high

property is cute, very friendly, small gym, and delightful breakfast, and is walkable to downtown

wifi service was great

they could have a few more seats around the pool, but the spa area is clean and welcoming

- champagne welcome a nice touch -the room was chic and had incredibly high ceilings - the spa pool was heated

it s clean, the towels are nice, the beds are comfy, the kitchen is stocked, the tiny soaps are amazing, the

room is very large and spacious, the kitchenette is well-equipped and comfortable, the laundry room is accessible

made this reservation because it advertised a gym on site

oh and the spa is amazing

wish we could have stayed longer and taken advantage of the spa and steam

there were no shoe shine polishers and no offer for dry cleaning clothes- no room service

and easy walking, breakfast bar was well prepared and nicely presented, bar on site and relaxation areas for

the second reason why iscored a 8/10 is because the area is so pet friendly but the closet place to walk my

i adored the fireplace and the view of the water

the fireplace in the room was what sold me on this place

we spent a lot of $$$ ie 2 rooms, spa services, dinner with pricey wine & not once was there any warmth from

delicious breakfast

excellent variety of options for breakfast. everything was delicious.
