there is a spa but again expensive

was late with spa reservation had to be on top of them

prices in restaurant, bar and spa are pretty descent

the river and the spa were very relaxing

lobby is welcoming, rooms spacious with a lot of light

pool seemed quite dirty so we didn t go in

the pool was under maintenance

had breakfast and it wasn t good enough i think can be more variety on the menu for breakfast

we also loved the pool and the tranquility

there is no room phone to contact the receptionist or room service

places where you can seat for enjoy the view on mountains or river, place for entertainment kids, in evening

i did not see a spa or business center although listed in amenities

once you get over the slow service especially from the kitchen

cartel replace him for me and worthless administration does nothing about it, my wife and kids suddenly have

no parking. maybe improve security for each room installing proper locks

fully equipped with kitchen, fridge and best of all air conditioner also hot water

the public areas are perfect with a big pool that was great for after exploring the nearby waterfalls all day
