our room was upgraded to a junior suite which was spacious and comfortable, with lovely bathroom facilities

my room was not cleaned, there was no spa receptionist, my laundry was not collected despite three requests,

a short walk to the main square and the old medina and, most importantly, had secure undercover parking for our

mom rubs the kitchen, dad is the magic that makes sure everything is on and watches over everyone from a

parking directly across the street; very convenient

the terrace and kitchen were clean and cosy

odd room design and arrangement, the hot pool in the spa centre was not warm when we used it

sara at the spa she was really excellent and if there is another time i would love to go again for her

good spa facilities

the prices at the spa were too high for the surroundings

belkis, mariamme to name but a few but all the of the staff looking after us generally and for breakfast ,

very bad,we ordered breakfast at the room service and every time items were missing so staff not qualified,

breakfast was amazing very relaxing stay hotel and beach are stunning reception staff very helpful
