spa needs a little renovation but overall the experience was brilliant

we also went to the spa which exceeded our expectations

in the bar the food was delicious and great value for money did not get the chance to use the spa but next time

staff were extremely friendly and professional, food was gorgeous and the spa was amazing

in the oasis spa i had a lovely indian head massage done by laura

very comfortable room, and top class spa and pool facilities

was located on the 4th floor it was a big room and the staff wrote great the swimming pool and spa were delightful

did not use the spa due to the coronavirus outbreak , would love to have been there.

we were pleasantly surprised to find out that hotel guests get a 10% discount in the spa next door

food (bfast, lunch, and dinner), cocktails, and spa were all incredible

the have very nice spa products in the rooms and lobby area as well as a fabulous breakfast

the food was wonderful, the spa was amazing, and the room and staff were top notch

they also have a spa that also gets great reviews

spa main toilet facility no toilet roll holder, not as fresh and clean as other bathroom

central location. spa was great. lovely hotel.

the spa and lesiure centre was very good and the hotel bar was well worth a visit

touches and well done the underground access to spa and pool ,the honey comb presentation at breakfast the

would have liked the spa to be open

we visitted the spa which was amazing and the animals on the on site farm are a lovely touch

our spa treatments were so relaxing

staff, lovely clean and comfortable rooms, fabulous food, the spa is unbelievable and location is ideal

the staff were very friendly and helpful. the infinity spa was just pure relaxation.

wifi isn't the best but that's ok

gripe is a minor one, the wifi coverage wasn t great in our room- but that didn t ruin our stay

spotlessly clean throughout, great breakfast, bedroom windows soundproof, super comfy bed, convenient parking

all staff were nice, but the breakfast staff were exceptional. the breakfast was very tasty.

avaiable lockers in spa were broken asked for a quiet room and allocated one overlooking car park

overall atmosphere, cleanliness, housekeeping was great, so was the parking and gym/pool/spa facilities

excellent price for a fantastic room selection and facilities including : in room breakfast, spa and pool etc
