rooms are very large and the bathroom is spa ious, lots of counter space

the pool & hot tub were amazing, the view was great, the restaurants were really good

feel there isn t enough slots on the casino floor

facilities fee means parking and wifi not free as advertised

had fridges and microwaves- it makes for a more convenient stay- i ended up going over budget on room service

rooms need remodeling and spa prices very high

the spa jacuzzi was down for maintenance!

we really enjoyed the pool n spa during a rainy day and the restaurants

gym equipment wasn t working and we couldn t work the remote on the tv to get a news channel

location , hotel grounds are immaculate and staff are great pool and spa are a great asset with lakefront and

the bistro was very good and reasonably priced, the spa is first class, and the lobby bar was fun and entertaining

the bathrooms are amazing with full tub and huge walk in shower, double sink and separate toilet space

the spa was world class, care was taken in even the smallest of details.

complaint is the amount of people in spa was hard to get in at night time very crowded but

s restaurant is top notch for either a delicious cocktail or a sumptuous meal, and the pool and spa area with

the spa temperature was working intermittently according to staff

after a day skiing the pool, hot tub fire pits and private sauna were wonderful

all was good but some dressing gowns to wear down to the pool and spa would be appreciated

using the spa tub black sludge and hair came out and was disgusting, but they did come out and clean

the location. it was very warm and inviting.onsite spa and restaurant.

the spa bathroom was just what we needed after a long day in the cold

only because of covid there were some things unavailable. spa and daily house keeping

heated toilet seat, steamer in the shower, and spa tub = my new favorite hotel

we took advantage of the on-site restaurant and spa and both were amazing

extra spa charges
