have made it a tradition to book a night or two a year with a spa service add on

it was a wonderful relaxing stay after an afternoon spa treatment

didn't have a chance to try the spa or dining room this time

room spacious, nice jacuzzi tub, beautiful spa ,bar, lounge area

the room was comfortable and very clean with a spa bath

great facility , nice pool and spa

was very accommodating, met all of our expectations beautiful lobby , bar and access to spa and restaurants

parking fees were never disclosed before we arrived and we were charged a spa fee - another hidden

spa prices could be better. the one inside the hotel charges too much.

the spa service they have at this hotel wasn t open as the lady wasn t working that day

there is also a spa on site as well if you need to unwind and relax

at sheraton we get free dinners or discounts, we get stuff for the spa and free coupons for places we go to

the spa was not open yet. huge bummer!

wish there was a salon or spa in the facility

breakfast at 1 kitchen was fabulous, with lots of interesting ingredients

gym, big room bathroom had underfloor heating view of cn tower from room view from pool/bar

restaurant and room service offerings were thoughtful, tasty and accommodating to my many food restrictions

have been perfect if i could have booked a massage but spa under renovation and in room service was fully booked

clean, spacious

spa in lobby also excellent for manicure and blowout

sauna , gym and spa looks very old and uncomfortable

gym, pool and sauna very helpful for a knee i had recently injured

the spa is great

there wasn t availability in the spa unfortunately

enjoyed rooftop bar and superb city view!

design, atmoshere, breakfast, comfortable beds, fitness center, location

it would be great if the gym had more equipment, with a greater range in weights.
