was good other than the pool and spa was closed due to construction

the restaurants are bad, the spa has no personnel, the gym is substandard and the elevators are out of order

also the spa was really relaxing

charged a resort fee when the pool and spa are shut down for long term major construction work

the walkway was not working and the pool and spa was closed

we loved the steam room and would have gotten a massage at the spa had we reserved a spot sooner

our kids particularly liked the interactive exhibit by the elevators

loud neighbors that let their kids run up and down the hallways

the hotel is super clean, very cool, artsy building! love the spa and the gym

was no room service and the phone in my room didn t work

thing i didn't like was they didn't have a microwave in the room and the pool closed before i could use

space in the double queen suite it was like a one bedroom apartment. the gym was nice also.

pool was really cold so couldn't be used.

needs updating. wifi was not always available.

the spa was beyond amazing

thoughtful details throughout the property like padded lingerie hangers in closets, soft spa robes

spa and steakhouse on site
