we arrived, and to my surprise, the spa was fully booked, which we didn't think was made clear through the

nice pool and good enough breakfast

only one restaurant open and the pool was closed due to the time of year

large bungalow near a very big swimming pool

staff was exceptional but the two breakfast waiters seemed short and annoyed with my two kids)
