i'd have a better time if i'd known about the pool and spa from the start

spa should open earlier, no wake up calls.

would have liked to use the birthday special i was given at the spa but i had to pay tt$700 in services first

the spa service is closed on a monday & tuesday. management need to open these days.

there were no spa services available, and i got a hint of classism and racism at the hotel

gardening and room design a/c and terrace wifi working flawlessly outdoor pool reception attentive,

- location, parking, room upgrade given due to apparently slow period

toiletries and the noise in the morning from the consistent power washing or being able to hear room service

everything was clean and my kids enjoyed the pool .

the tv didn't have any signal, and the only channel that worked was bbc news and there was no wifi all weekend

the parking needs to be more private

the wifi was generally pretty good, but could use a little more boosting to ensure adequate coverage in

the gym needs a little bit more equipment.

the hotel also surprised us on arrival by giving the kids easter packages, which they were happy for, very nice
