not pleasant and the spa was a rason for the choice of this hotel

too many kids with no supervision (from the parents and from the staff) they were jumping in the pool, going to

spacious room, lovely location, polite friendly staff, excellent gym facilities with free weights, cables,

the location. the welcome at reception. the free parking and the room.

room was very comfy; breakfast superlative; an all-round lovely stay

allowed early check in at 2pm although 4pm official time . good breakfast, central location

the wifi worked well for me too

we were pleasantly surprised to find out that hotel guests get a 10% discount in the spa next door

food (bfast, lunch, and dinner), cocktails, and spa were all incredible

the have very nice spa products in the rooms and lobby area as well as a fabulous breakfast

a spacious room, very quiet

they also have a spa that also gets great reviews

in the oasis spa i had a lovely indian head massage done by laura

spa treatment could have been a little longer for my wife

only interaction that was not great was the person on the spa reception

hotel is gorgeous, staff are excellent, the spa was fantastic book patricia she was amazing doing my treatments

everything, but could not get a spa service appt for the 3 days we were there:(

we visitted the spa which was amazing and the animals on the on site farm are a lovely touch
