wifi didn't work in our room, owner/receptionist didn't care

the parking lot is too small.

the parking is minimal, would be nice to have more spots and larger size

continental breakfast was just ok, and for room service only (because of the pandemic, i guess)

free parking onsite (which is a growing problem in carmel) and location is walkable to the main town and
