for a pool key mix up i was called stupid and and idiotic for misplacing a pool plastic card multiple

kitchen was old

bad electrical wiring (hazardous), overflowing toilet, no tv in the master bedroom, bugs on kitchen counter,

one of the bar staff were quite moody

on the most beautiful beach with a restaurant right there and i really cool bar on the

spa charged excessive n 25% tips on top

spa services , the boat experience, the longe service at the club , the

spacious room and balcony

no music by pool

kids in the adult pool

cost way to much spa is over priced bad will not do that again just everything in general way

the only other issue we had was with the staff from the spa

that we didnt get anything covered, the restaurants & drinks were very pricey & being that the spa was not open

i got a lipton green tea for $7, kids meal with 3 tenders, $14 for example

than 1 hour to get our food, which is completely unacceptable when you are traveling with small kids

i got tired of eggs, bacon and sausage for breakfast every day.

parking and difficult to bring luggage in& out, although there were very nice staff who assisted me

they texted to make sure we were ok and the breakfast was nice

the pool/bar/restaurant was nice

the night before our last day, the restaurant and bar had to completely shut down for deep cleaning

no pool, gym or spa but they are building them currently

cure spa was perfect even though independent but on property

it doesn t have pool.

had to ask to refill coffee when breakfast arrived

must buy breakfast with your room
