spa was a delight

also the spa is incredible

spa prices higher than quoted online

we loved the steam room and would have gotten a massage at the spa had we reserved a spot sooner

in-room services didn't start until 9:00am and ended by 10pm

the hotel didn't have a lot of complementary continental breakfast.

was not told about the pet fee of $75 before arrival

great rooms, enjoyable bar and restaurant, very helpful staff

wifi was not good, which was not classy since they offered 2 types of upgrading of wifi for more

still not staffed enough to offer room service.

spacious gorgeous right in the heart of the city. best gym ever

jockey silks bar was amazing

pool was really cold so couldn't be used.

the restaurants are bad, the spa has no personnel, the gym is substandard and the elevators are out of order

charged a resort fee when the pool and spa are shut down for long term major construction work

the walkway was not working and the pool and spa was closed

also the spa was really relaxing
