this is a very tranquil, beautiful spa and hotel.one of the best i've stayed in in the world.

hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sink, only in shower, so i had to wash my hands in the shower, was not

and pillows were too hard, wifi stopped working the second day, no gas was available for kitchen and hot water

had shared wall with kitchen so guess who was up early each day

marketplace turns into a bar at night where we had a good time playing pool

the stairs were a little steep, but i appreciate the loft for the kids

room service from the restaurant in a building next over on the property and it arrived quickly,

the room had everything we needed and the bar area in the louge/patio area was great

cleaned but towels left on floor were not replaced just rehung, soap was not replaced even when bar was down to

the room was exceptional, with details such a common room supplying fridge space, full bar and pleasant sitting

may be spa area could be improved sounds like it was out of service.

i didn t know they had a gym for exemple but found out when walking around the hotel area

staff were very friendly, great breakfast

room was close to the kitchen's extractor so going to bed early was difficult

the staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious

on an upper floor for lounging or playing, and a decent fitness center with sauna and massage and spa services

no designated spa which we enjoy

and gym was very basic

'worst' thing i can say is that the bar closes at 10, and we couldn't buy a bottle of water at 10

the breakfast is out of this world

salad bar was not very good--only cole slaw, shredded lettuce, potato salad

all the staff were polite and helpful, and hotel provided free parking and wifi

area, massages available, a wow gym, excellent business center, 2 lovely restaurants plus the breakfast room

offered some spa services, but they were not considerate of my time
