the kitchen was well-set up and there was plenty of room to unpack and spread out

we loved our server, kalani. what a rad dude - he made our night out without kids even better!

each floor has its own coffee bar with cappuccino, lattes, americano coffees, teas, hot chocolate and several

wifi connection was fine but quite patchy in my room.

we enjoyed drinks and snacks in the outdoor bar area that has a slight view of the lake, but there's also a

swimming pool was rather small, and we did not use it at all

pool was very nice clean-nice hot tub

gym equipment could use some tlc. treadmill and elliptical were squeaky.

food in room service was not good

this kept me an my 3 kids up for awhile

frig too small, pool and spa closed back entry didn t always work should get free parking if staying more than

because we had our pet our thoughts were to find a place with a view and everything we needed to not have to

spa jets where very bad need update pool and spa needed cleaning

hot tub spa was the only thing we did not enjoy

maintenance did come and got the spa to turn on but when it did it got very foamy and a suffocating chemical

back exit door to parking lot didn t lock

but could have saved money by booking a regular room instead of a suite had we known what the kitchenette actually

i changed money for the laundry at front desk it would have been great if they had asked if i needed laundry

and we got a 3 room suite with 1 king bed and 2 queue beds and 1 big living room plus a small kitchen

we stayed in the vip hollywood suite, great bar area, comfy bed, spacious seating area, and large bathroom

the spa tub was my favorite experience of the room!

good shower pressure, fridge and freezer work well, comfortable beds and pillows, nice pool, good location,

spa facilities and cooking school were not within our budget, but we had a good time, even without

quality of the service, roons, swimming pool, spa,...

we had a balcony overlooking the parking lot so other than keeping our cooler cold, we didn t find that useful

parking. and pool is not in the main building

the clubhouse had the pool, game room and the bar it was a great place to just hang out

everything was so far away from where our room was, including the parking

i was surprised by the additional amenities like the pool and gym

the rooms are very nicely appointed and our king room had a spa tub in the room

pool could be cleaned and hot tub/ spa had too many young children in it

the room we stayed in was small for 2 adults and 2 kids. other than that it was perfect.

the inn provides wifi so we were able to communicate with family in the area by text, but were not able to call

the gourmet breakfast sounded delicous, unfortunately i over slept and woke up way to late to partake
