no pool or spa was open i don't think i should have paid full price for something they're not offering

thought we had booked a room with a spa tub.

would have been nice to have been notified that pool was going to be out of order

my kids had to sleep in the floor

parking lot not very big

husband and i stayed in the spa wing and the room and bathroom were really large

we always take full advantage of the spa

the decor, the food, activities, spa treatment

we enjoyed spa and hot tub.

staff was very good. amenities were great. our spa experience was fabulous!!

clean room, super friendly staff, breakfast was amazing and very generous, and the location is perfect

getting breakfast at the gables worked perfectly each morning

lovely nice amenities great service and breakfast

spa tub was too high for my wife to get in

spa tub motor was broken ;-( i needed that tub after a very stressful day but it was deep and

my daughter and i loved the property! it was so cute. we felt safe and loved the spa bathtub.

was hair in the spa tub we didn't even turn it on incase more stuff come out

this is a townhome so has kitchen etc

i would recommend staying here if the spa and pool are maintenance and better kept only for safety

staff were amazing, and the big spa tub was so nice to soak in

spa and pool

service was very polite and helpful. the spa was great

the pool was green and un-swimmable, and my kids were so bummed out
