spa services were offered but when i tried to make an appt no one ever got back to me.

the pool looks like it needs some repair around the spa but it was very clean and nice temperature

comfortable hotel, clean & well appointed rooms, great restaurant, lovely pool & spa area

with that said unfortunately the spa which my wife and i where looking forward too was unavailable

we enjoyed the pool and spa however under covid warnings and restrictions, more attention might be given to

mostly clean, comfortable, 10/10 breakfast choices, top notch pool and hot spa facility

real hot breakfast was nice. spa was open till 11:00pm.

supposed to have a shower and a spa tub ours was combined and the bathroom smelled like burning plastic

switched our room from smoking to a non smoking room and charged us even more for it

it really smelled of cigarettes no shampoo, only one bar of soap

have a large outdoor central smoking area that's right next to the rooms and loud, drunk shady groups of people

was refunded after check out, the room was quite ghetto compared to the pictures on the site, the spa tub was

not many or very good kids breakfast options either

when checking in and going into the room it had a foul odor to the room of gym socks

loved playing with the kids in the pool; however, we were a little disappointed to see that there wasn't a hot

arrived late with little ones and the staff had our room set up to include a sofa sleeper for the kids

we stayed in the room with the spa tub and it was amazing! totally worth the extra $
