lynsey at the kitchen bar treated me well and answered questions about the cherokee nation

we had a cabin with a large balcony by the river. nice room with kitchenette. pet friendly.

you might should note that there's no breakfast and i didn't asked for wifi so i haven't tested that

pool and spa not functioning, had to go next door to quality inn to be able to enjoy the pool.

i did have to do some work while there so the desk in the room was perfect and the wifi was quick and easy to

parking lot was a little smaller than normal, housekeeping didn t come by each day to bring clean

room service during our 3 night stay

the fitness center - which is not in the terrace where we stayed, but over near the boat rental/pool etc

the staff were extremely friendly, breakfast was great, and you can t be the views

filthy, outdated, poor wifi, and only one nice person on staff

access and parking.

there wasn t a pool on the hotel grounds. there was only access to the public pool.

my view was a tree and the other window was a view of the parking lot

no food or pool at the inn was a bummer but we made it work.

spa and restaurant were not yet open

outdoor spa was closed. not a big deal but i noticed.

the spa could have been on. there could have been snacks. there needed to be a coke machine.

body wash in bath was ok but i prefer bar soap
