pool was not open

i love the walking paths behind the hotel and the pool and hot tub with a view of the lake

the pool area needed a little maintenance but otherwise, everything was great!

not enough parking

be nice to have a stool for kids to reach the sink

for the price of the room, and breakfast offerings were very good. the spa tub was wonderful

in- requested early check in and it wasn t ready, it was barley ready at the 3 pm check in time

believe if a hotel is pet friendly, any fee should be very transparent, instead of not being shown anywhere on

very accommodating staff, clean large room, great breakfast.

got the king suite with spa bath & i loved how comfy the bed was

everything worked on the spa bath and the room didn t have a comforter on the bed so we had to buy ourselves

i liked the bed, it was so comfortable and the spa bath was amazing.

only thing i didn't like was a couple buttons didn't work on the spa bath & there was no lights working on the

the only heart shaped spas were only on the second floor
