couldn't access the wifi like in most hotels

security is good, and the breakfast food was

bagged breakfast, not good and small!

i love the spa the hotel is exceptional clean nice it was everywhere

room for pool, upon arriving was told pool was closed

the breakfast needs to be more than blueberry muffins a fruit and a granola bar

the air conditioning and wifi worked fine, and the stay was fairly quiet.

rooms were cool and clean, pool was nice and clean, beds comfortable

if you know your pet will bark etc

location, they were pet friendly and cameron (the guy that checked us in) was really nice and helpful

airport shuttle, friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent downtown location close to everything

the pool always seems to be broken every year we stay there

few guests so the selection at breakfast was scaled down - which makes sense

think the pool area could ve been better, but with it just being me and my husband it was fine, but had we

we were told to leave the lounge area in the bar area because a specific staff person needed to be present for

didn't like how i was suppose to have a spa tub and didn't get one

room had microwave, fridge, ceiling fan, like the bar n grill in hotel

room service didn't answer the phone or pick up the breakfast order left on the door overnight.

basic gym but with good equipment

wifi signal was weak and would drop out.

gym this was a huge issue for me and the noise from the construction

i expected better being that the hotel didn t have a pool

parking lot not big enough for the night time to me

very good swimming and spa inside and outside of hotel

reserving the spa and having to share it with a lot of kids.

stayed in king suite with spa tub and the room was very clean, bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was

hot tub/ spa was barely warm at best

the parking was a bit difficult to find a spot.

close to restaurants, gas station, the interstate and groceries store and the owner walks the parking lot to

nothing. not clean. no breakfast. no pool

it was not clean. no breakfast. no pool as they advertised. sleep in my clothes.

falsely advertised a pool
