the pool water was cold

booked this room in december to spend the night there for the kids to go swimming on april vacation

i like that the hotel is clean, smelled clean and breakfast was included

the breakfast that was prepared was a mix of hot and cold and tasty

late due to issues with my rental car and phone having us access, but i showed up at 9pm with 2 kids after they

kitchen trash when i first arrived had a dirty food container and empty coffee cup in it so my

most services were not available during our june 19-22 stay (yoga, spa)

that it was a smoking room and i didn't have to go outside to smoke

i liked how close the parking was to my room so i could monitor my vehicle

towels heat did not work the best smelled like smoke in a non smoking room

t have time to go to it, but it s nice that there s a diner right there adjacent to the parking lot

the pool and jacuzzi area is beautiful, however, the pool and spa were filthy

the convenience of the spa and them coming to the room.

the hotel was great, staff was great! just know that the pet fee is $75 before you book online.

was running behind on turning over the rooms since a large group had a late check out

she was able to help me with a late check out due to a rescheduled conference call

we even received two kids bags at the front desk and my kids really enjoyed those

the bed was amazingly comfortable. the room was clean. early check in was provided as requested.
