beds were incredibly hard, the spa was not working, the fitness center was not working

and spa were closed without any explanation

i liked the spa bathtub, comfortable beds, friendly staff

our room had a spa tub which was nice but it was not easy to get into and harder to get out of

the spa tub

tomato brothers restaurant in same parking lot is a great

parking on street for back side of hotel. a bit pricey.

good location for our visit to clarkston. easy access and parking.

pool or hot tub

it was clean, easy access and parking. a fenced graveled area was great for the dogs!

main hotel is across a parking lot, no access to pool, spa or food unless you walk outside in the winter

pool and spa were not open and that is the only reason i stayed there

kids wanted to use the pool and spa but, it was surrounded by adults drinking alcohol who were not using either

not like the handicap parking hours 2nd night because of a wedding that we were informed the music would be

with a bunch of kids, excited to use the pool

needs some updating to spa and bathrooms

also the water runs yellow in their spa tub which is disgusting

spa was broken, no towels, wifi was disconnected in the middle of the night which killed our white

good value, spa and sauna, spacious room.

the room was clean, bed was prefect and spa tub was awesome and relaxing

the swimming pool and spa were green with algae

indoor pool/ spa was always packed and after waiting 25 minutes 3 nights in a row, i gave up and went back to

the breakfast was very good and beyond what we had expected

the shuttle driver was fantastic too

there could have been more food available in the bar or more snacks.

the bacon was amazing and my kids love the eggs

staff was super friendly and the kids had a blast at the pool which was well managed and clean.

the following morning the breakfast was really crowded with kids, there was a lego convention going on

hot tub was alittle too hot to really enjoy but pool and spa were clean and enjoyable

dirty windows, poor view, spotty wifi, extra charge for parking.
