though lodging is rudimentary, the place is ideal for kids because of pool and easy access to the beach

equipped kitchen part and washing machine with dryer in the room

it could have a more diverse breakfast

clean and all kinds of kitchen equipments were available

overall all the staff were very helpful and ingrid at the spa gives an amazing massage

i took advantage of one of the spa packages and even booked a scuba dive for myself near catalina island which

food is so tasty, the staff is great and the morning bartender at the lobby bar is especially great

that it doesn t have a spa treatment for the hotel

sporting facilities, gym, football,

have no complaints, constructive observations such as the parking lot being too small for those staying overnight

make an early morning car reservation for me to return to the airport following a nice big hearty breakfast that

noise level frim the pool and construction was just unacceptable;multiple keys for access made things awkward

it's too noisy at night, music at the pool

we also had a small room at entrance with a couch, and space to leave luggage, the gardens and pool clean ,

breakfast at the spice market was awesome staff was friendly and courteous

kids club staff and animators were superb good pools and restaurants - the water park adds a nice dimension

premium breakfast restaurant staff was soooooo slow - you must wait 15min for drinks, than you get

everything was amazing it is worth the price!!!! the kids loved it as well

room service was free including alcohol, and the only thing added at the end was spa visits and wine purchased

experience with the spa leading to a horrible experience with checking out with spa prices other than what was

loved the fact that they have activities at the beach instead of at the gym or at the pool, like for example

i think family / adults only is very appreciated but to then segregated areas ( beach , pools , restaurants )

the spa was amazing, and 2 of the 3 rooms were comfy

some staff are great, like miguel by the pool
