you guys need spa area

loved the view the staff is great and nice and the pool and beach view is wonderful overall a great experience

lack of amenities/services provided was extremely disappointing (no spa, no room service, no hot water in

the wifi/network could be stronger- as we lost it a few times

were remodeling some of the rooms lot of noise couldn't rest in my room during the day and wifi didn't work and

spa could use an upgrade. menu is hard to understand for english speakers.

the bar menu is refreshing and on the spot with all the listed drinks

we were so tired the next day that we missed breakfast

with 8 bungalows you don t have to worry about too many people or kids all around you

the waiters heavily pushed the buffet and discouraged the ordering from the menu, the spa services

jhonathan was very kind at the front desk and offered us the spa promotion which was excellent

shuttle was on time and took us to the airport very early

we were very tired and with kids, and the car was waiting for us

room, secure parking, friendly staff, good breakfast, laundry services, large pools, and pet friendly

i had breakfast when i arrived and dinner too which was really delicious

wifi was a little slow.

services range from washing your clothes to bringing breakfast, lunch or dinner to your room if that is where

cleaned rooms when asked and also laundry which was very handy

the kitchen is cranking out awesome food all day and the bar has cold beers

location, wonderfully helpful and friendly staff, good food and drinks, great location with safe parking

was beautiful - nice to be on the ocean and still have the option of a private pool and terrace

in the pictures ot look great but the place needs some investment, specially the swimming pool

charged me $40 to do less than a load of laundry

my kids enjoyed the space and having little hammer crabs around to explore they included breakfast and that

wifi worked well in the pool area

eating the included breakfast overlooking the ocean was cherry on top for me

bar closed a bit too early

there was a weird looking spa on the balcony but it smelled like super strong chlorine

sitting and lounging areas - staff were very kind and attentive - staff spoke both english and spanish - alcoholic

also loved the spa packages and treatments

the spa had a lady who is physical therapist and gives great massages

bungalow bathroom was very small, not enough space to accommodate stuff

spa is not directly related to the resort but was not good

only problem was the wifi in the room to watch tv would not connect

we only had the free breakfast but it was delicious and the seating area and pool had a wonderful view

the restaurant is open to the views and the pool, it is salvador s paradise

the courtyard/outdoor spa area makes you feel like you ve been transported to indonesia but even better

the pool/ common areas are beautiful escape, order a smoothie or amuerzo by the pool

we opted to have breakfast brought to our balcony to enjoy the outdoors
