the spa was not working!!!!!!!!!

purposely booked the property for the indoor pool/spa hot tub but when we arrived the pool was closed and the

pool/spa was closed

pool and spa out of order!!!! i stayed here specifically for the spa.

the jets in the spa tub in the king suite didn't work

shocked at trash in lobby and outside the doors and in the parking lot.

i stated that i needed the shuttle way before the time it was to start (the night staff told me the information

clean, new looking. breakfast

i loved the pool , and the friendly and courteous staff member.

very clean and pool was amazing!!

on me with angry that i had to grab my son and leave for a momentand my finance said it's for the kids he's

great breakfast, great customer service and surprisingly good wifi for a hotel!

thing i can say i wish would change is an indoor pool

no complaints. included breakfast would be nice, but there is a lovely cave on the main floor

lovely rooftop breakfast, nice view and peaceful atmosphere

steakhouse was great, the rooftop bar rocks and the whole experience is fantastic
