spa facilities very good

no dislikes. i didn t use spa or gym facilities but everything i seen was great

spa was a nightmare to book and get hold of and they seemed very disorganised

nothing ..great location, spa facilities, delicious dinner and breakfast, slept like a log.

the room was big and had lots of space

when you are from overseas and travelling around the country), lack of facilities or space in the gym, and the

plenty on parking, grounds very relaxing with running-water garden features

wifi was rubbish

also, bar and and restaurant is excellent

plenty of parking available

the spa was closed for ladies night

to collect bathrobes from the spa as they weren t in the room

we went to the thermal spa which we cannot fault (hydro pool, sauna, 3 steam rooms)

the spa treatments are lush

spa was a little busy.

the en suite was great lovely big shower and temple spa toiletries

was lovely, very clean and the stand along bath made it feel very special as did the temple spa products and

clean but warm welcoming and comfortable, guest kitchen well stocked and homely; nothing too much

there was an honesty bar which felt like a really nice touch and a grab and go breakfast if you had to leave

honesty bar available for after hours

spa facilities lovely, the only downside it was busy

didn't use the spa but it look a very comfortable place with good facilities

if your looking for a relaxing spa weekend

whole experience from arriving, checking in was quick and the lift to the spa was a fantastic

lovely hotel definitely worth the money,as you get use of the spa facilities the next day

i had a massage and facial at the spa which was fabulous

car parking is difficult at weekends but to be expected at a popular location.

food is really good and breakfast was plentyful and tasty

for long stay guests like us a bit of variation on the breakfast menu would be appreciated although the food

there was a wedding downstairs and there was alot of noise from kids running in the corridors.

were friendly, i had a superior room and the extra space, spa products and sky tv was worth it

the club room that the reception staff upgraded us to was very spacious and immaculate with nice quirky

its a shame the pool and spa is still closed, that's the only negative i can say

is small but has enough in, spa facilities are lovely and big

little disappointed with charge for gym/,spa etc. bathroom a little small and dated

also the spa had very good saunas and the pool was great too, enjoyed our stay very much
