pool room heat didn't work

i m not a fan of carpets, but the carpet in my room was clean. could add fruit to breakfast.

breakfast no eggs, orange juice tasted bad

the breakfast some of the food was a little on the cold side, it was on the last day i saw i could have

the location was ideal, and the biscuits & gravy with the free breakfast were awesome!

easy to get to and the pool/spa was nice

staff and privacy of the room as well as coffee and breakfast and the spa being open until midnight

sole purpose for me getting the room was for the spa tub there was no hot water and also the hot tub at the pool

pool and spa for kids, comfortable beds, standard breakfast, easy check-out process, facilities were ok,

parked across the street in a church parking lot

the spa tub and having the tv in there was the best and most relaxing part of this stay!

spacious both with the room and bathroom

spa bath was nice and the tv in the bathroom was cool but it didn't have cable like the main tv

our particular stay the pool and spa are were closed off due to necessary cleaning/glass removal from the

nice and clean and had good things for kids to do.

spa tub was to small, tv's only had 3 channels, smelled like weed in the elevator hallway and in

the spa bath tub/shower was located in the bedroom which we enjoyed very

pool was down ac was broke beds weren't comfy and floors were not clean or swept

the wifi was hard to access

parking lot is shared with the businesses around it. ppl on the floor were extremely loud.
