receiving an email about the pool was nice although came after the deadline passed for cancellation

i was confused in the difference between a luxury suite and a spa suite

thought, by the booking on-line that i was getting a room with a spa tub in room, and it was a jetted bath tub

tub stopper did not work, makes a spa experience practically impossible

didn't care that pool opened at 10am . 8am would have been good .

pool could have been warmer.
